Tina Radeke

Tina Radeke is currently the Head of Learning and Development at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since February 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Executive Leadership Coach/HR Consultant from June 2021. Tina has also held positions at Nike as an HR Director from November 2015 to March 2021, at Tory Burch as a Senior Manager supporting Direct to Consumer (Retail, ECommerce) teams from October 2011 to November 2015, at Electronic Arts as an HR Manager from June 2009 to September 2011, at Pfizer as a Human Resources Summer Associate in 2008, at Pixelworks, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist from October 2004 to March 2007, and at Aston English as an ESL Teacher Trainer from August 2003 to August 2004.

Tina Radeke graduated from Lewis & Clark College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages, specifically Mandarin Chinese and French. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the fields of Human & Organizational Performance and Strategy. Tina attended Vanderbilt from 2007 to 2009.
