Poncho Meisenheimer

Poncho Meisenheimer serves as Vice President of Research and Development at Promega Corporation since July 2001, where efforts focus on collaboration among scientists to address significant challenges in the scientific community. Previous roles at Promega include Senior Director of Research and Director of Chemistry Research, emphasizing innovation in biological and biochemical tools. Poncho also contributes to the USONA Institute Inc. as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, working on new methods to relieve anxiety and enhance understanding of neuroscience. Prior academic roles include Lecturer at California Polytechnic State University and Visiting Faculty at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.S. in Chemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
