Rachelle Sampson

Rachelle Sampson currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Usona Institute since March 2022 and is the Founder of BLUE PRISM Coaching, established in June 2020. Rachelle has held the position of Associate Professor at the Robert H. Smith School of Business since July 2004, while also serving as a Senior Policy Scholar at the Center for Business & Public Policy at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business since August 2018. Previously, Rachelle was a Visiting Associate Professor at Georgetown University in 2017-2018 and an Assistant Professor at NYU Stern School of Business from 1999 to 2004. Rachelle began a career in consultancy at EY from November 1992 to July 1994. Rachelle holds a PhD in International Business/Business Economics from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and an LLB and BBA in Law and Accounting from QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
