Alice Tira

Alice Tira has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance. Alice started their career at Virginia Tech as a Research Associate in Biochemistry from 1987 to 1992. Alice then worked as a Research Associate at Louisiana State University from 1994 to 1995. In 1998, they joined Biovail Technologies (formerly Fuisz Technologies) as a Quality Assurance Associate, where they stayed until 2000. Alice then joined Biovail Technologies as a Manager of Quality Assurance from 2000 to 2011. After that, they joined U.S. Pharmacopeia and held various positions, including Manager, Director, Senior Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Quality Systems since January 2022.

Alice Tira earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University between 1982 and 1986. In 2014, they participated in the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
