Elizabeth Shakespeare

Elizabeth Shakespeare, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Manager of Learning Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness at US Pharmacopeia, where responsibilities include providing strategic consultancy for fostering a learning culture and enhancing global capability through systems and programs. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at Covance, including Manager of Learning Consulting, where strategies for training effectiveness were developed, and Manager of the Training Center of Excellence, responsible for implementing consistent methodologies across programs. Additionally, Elizabeth redesigned the learning and development function at Covance Market Access.
