Karen Ramisch Hammann, IOM, CAE, has extensive experience in project management and board relations within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Secretariat Manager at the US Pharmacopeia since July 2011, responsibilities include managing the balloting of standards and overseeing official communications on the organization’s website. Previous roles at the US Pharmacopeia involved coordinating board activities and providing administrative support to executive leadership. With a background rooted in non-profit management from the Southeast Institute for Organization Management, Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Towson University.
