Kenneth B. Alexander

Kenneth B. Alexander has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel and formerly as V.P. and Deputy General Counsel at US Pharmacopeia since August 1995. Initially hired as Assistant General Counsel to oversee business affairs, Kenneth rapidly ascended to roles with increased responsibility and strategic oversight in corporate structure, employment issues, intellectual property, real estate, litigation, and general business matters. Prior to US Pharmacopeia, Kenneth was Senior Assistant General Counsel at the United States Chamber of Commerce from 1988 to 1995. Kenneth holds a JD, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law (1985-1988) and a BA in Cinema and Television from the University of Southern California (1980-1984).
