Kerrie Markou

Kerrie Markou has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and communications field for over 20 years. Kerrie began their career in 2001 as the Customer Services & Marketing Manager for Bank of Cyprus UK. In 2006, they took on the role of Marketing Executive at Trinity Mirror Group PLC. From 2009-2012, they worked as the Global Marketing and Communications Lead/Project Manager for Serco Group/Serco Foundation Middle East, Marketing & Communications Manager for Serco Global Services, Business Development Communications Manager/Stakeholder Relations, and Regional Communications & PR Manager. In 2012, they joined Towergate Insurance as the Marketing Director and Head of Marketing & PR for Towergate Financial Group. In 2015, they took on the role of Global Marketing Director at Firstsource Solutions Limited and Non Executive Director at USPAAH - Your Spa At Home. Kerrie then became the Marketing Director (Consultant) for Tällt Ventures in 2016 and Marketing Director, UK, Europe & South Africa for LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President Marketing for EXL.

Kerrie Markou completed their Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing at Birmingham City University from 2008 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Edgbaston High School from 1987 to 1997.
