Felicia M. Warren is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in operational policy development, workforce capacity building, and global health initiatives at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since 2011. In various roles, including Team Lead and Senior Public Health Advisor, Felicia has provided leadership for training and skills development for global health staff and coordinated significant health responses, including the Ebola crisis. Felicia has also worked with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service and has a robust background in health systems strengthening, having collaborated with international partners in low and middle-income countries. With advanced degrees in Prevention Science and Psychology, as well as a rich history in research project coordination, Felicia M.
