Geoffrey Wu currently serves as the Deputy Director in the Office of Lifecycle Drug Products (OLDP) within the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality (OPQ) at the FDA, overseeing drug product quality throughout the lifecycle of drug products from post-NDA approvals through generics. Prior roles include acting Deputy Director and Associate Director for Science and Communication in the same office, as well as Special Assistant to the Office Director in Generic Drug Chemistry, where responsibilities included managing regulatory and scientific issues. Geoffrey Wu's experience also encompasses reviewing post-approval changes to generic drug products and conducting post-doctoral research in product design and manufacturing. Additionally, since May 2013, Geoffrey Wu has served as a Commissioned Officer in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.
