Margie Arion

Margie serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Tenet Hospital Operations, Tenet Physician Resources (TPR), and USPI. Prior to joining Tenet, she spent 27 years in senior HR leadership roles assisting organizations in a variety of industries to design and deliver talent strategies and solutions that drive business performance, including her role as Chief Human Resources Officer for Acosta. Prior to Acosta, she spent 15 years at PepsiCo, holding various domestic and international HR leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Global HR Transformation. Margie earned a bachelor of science in business administration from Cleary University and a master of science degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Walden University.
