Shannon McGarry, MS, CDR, CIR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition/Onboarding at United Surgical Partners International, McGarry has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Regional Market Recruiter and Manager of Executive Recruitment.
