Mallorie Sanders is currently the Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Chicago Bears. Prior to this, they served as the Engagement and Inclusion Coordinator at Aldersgate United Methodist Retirement Community from September 2020 to May 2021. Mallorie was also an Elementary School Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2018 to July 2020.
Sanders began their career as a Teach For America Corps Member from February 2018 to June 2020. Mallorie then interned at the South Carolina Department of Social Services from June 2017 to August 2017. After their time there, they became a Counseling and Psychological Services Intern at Clemson University from December 2017 to June 2018. During their time at Clemson University, they also served as a Peer Dialgoue Facilitator from January 2017 to June 2018.
Prior to their work in education and social services, Sanders worked as a Student Administrative Assistant for New Student and Family Programs from May 2016 to August 2016. Mallorie also worked as a Student Administrative Assistant for Clemson University Vickery Hall from April 2014 to September 2015.
Mallorie Sanders has a Master's degree in Human Relations- Diversity, Equity, and Social Justice from the University of Oklahoma. Mallorie also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University. Mallorie is certified in Engagement and Productivity from The Predictive Index, Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Maryland, and Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn.
