Carlos Da Silva

Mr. Da Silva has served as Vice President – Operations of U.S. Pipe since August 2020. He is responsible for the operations of the ductile Iron Plants.

Prior to joining U.S. Pipe, Mr. Da Silva was a key member of the CEMEX USA leadership team where he served as Vice President – Operational Excellence and before that, as Vice President – Manufacturing for the cement division. As a multinational company, Mr. Da Silva participated in several international projects around the world giving him a diverse perspective. His career focused on improving Safety and profitability of all business managed through the implementation of best practices and a Continuous Improvement culture, as a certified Black Belt practitioner.

Mr. Da Silva holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Universidad Metropolitana.
