Jaquita Thompson

Jaquita Thompson has extensive experience in the United States Postal Service, currently serving as a Senior Territory Representative and previously as a Senior Field Sales Representative, where notable achievements include leading the Mid-America Sales Team to surpass political mail revenue targets by over $14M in 2020. In addition to sales leadership, Jaquita has initiated impactful community outreach events such as the Grow Your Own Business symposium in Nevada, MO. As an Executive Board Member of the Greater Kansas City Postal Customer Council, Jaquita contributes to enhancing postal services and customer relations. Prior roles at the United States Postal Service included Customer Service Supervisor, where Jaquita improved team performance and engagement, as well as Clerk and Mail Carrier positions. Educational background includes studies at the University of Kansas from 1991 to 1994.
