Louis J Conceicao

Louis J Conceicao has extensive experience in various roles primarily within public service and law enforcement. Currently serving as a City Carrier for the United States Postal Service since April 2016, Louis J Conceicao has also been a member of the Sheriff's posse since June 2007 with the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff. Previously, Louis J Conceicao held the position of Manager at JLC & Services from 1998 to March 2016, where responsibilities included serving as an Officer of the Court, Tactical Armed Bodyguard, DOJ Certified fingerprint technician, and Private Investigator for the Law Offices of Donald Bloom. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Psychology and Child Psychology from Stratford Institute, a certificate in public safety from the American Institute of Public Safety, and a high school diploma from Balboul High School completed in 1983.
