Trace B. possesses a diverse background in marketing, design, and management, with experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Consumer Affairs at the United States Postal Service since March 2025, Trace previously held positions including Graphic Artist & Web Designer at Atlantic Union Bank, and Resident Advisor for DEIB at Virginia Tech, where significant initiatives included launching the first LGBTQ+ Living Learning Community and creating a national residential well-being model. Trace also contributed to marketing strategies and brand development in roles at Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, Volvo Group, and as a Marketing Research Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and prior studies at Radford University.
