Carolyn Glandorf

Carolyn Glandorf is a seasoned professional in the field of rowing and sports management, currently serving as the Communications and Marketing Coordinator for USRowing since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Rowing Coach at the University of Rhode Island and Interim Head Rowing Coach at Georgetown University. Carolyn Glandorf held assistant coaching positions at Boston College and served as Head Rowing Coach for Boston Latin Crew. Early coaching experiences include a brief tenure as Boy's Novice Coach at Wayland-Weston Crew and an associate role at CoachUp. Carolyn Glandorf's foundational experience includes an internship with Community Rowing Inc., where significant contributions were made to fundraising efforts. A former rower at the University of Virginia, Carolyn Glandorf is a two-time NCAA Champion. Educational credentials include a Master's in Sports Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Psychology and History from the University of Virginia.
