Keith Huguenin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Keith began their career in 2004 as a Tasking Manager at a Convention Center before moving on to become a Floor Manager and Supervisor at Grocery Supply Co from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they joined Wal Mart Stores as a Sales Associate and Stocker from 2010 to 2011. Keith then transitioned into the military, serving in the US Army from 2011 to 2020. During this time, they held various roles including Front Line Manager, Mid-Level Electronic Warfare Manager, and Senior Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities Cell Manager. After leaving the military, Keith worked as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert contractor for ISYS Technologies from 2020 to 2021. Keith then joined the United States Strategic Command in 2022 and currently serves as the Division Chief of Support Operations.
Keith Huguenin has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which they obtained from American Military University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College between 2012 and 2014. In addition to their degrees, Keith Huguenin has obtained several certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, which were all obtained between 2019 and 2019.

The commander of USSTRATCOM serves as the senior commander of unified military forces from all four branches of the military assigned to the command.
