Matthew Fritz has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Chief of the Facilities Operations Branch at the United States Strategic Command since November 2018. Before that, they worked at Cintas as the Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Manager from May 2014 to September 2018, overseeing equipment and building maintenance, contractor coordination, and managing a team of technicians. Matthew'searlier experience includes several roles in the United States Air Force, where they served as an Accessory Flight Chief, Accessory Flight Superintendent, Specialist Section Chief, Instructor in Aerospace Propulsion, and Craftsman in Aerospace Propulsion from 1999 to 2014.
Matthew Fritz completed an Associate's degree in Instructor of Technology in Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force in 2006. During the same period, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the same institution. In 2004, Matthew received a certification in Jet Engine Mishap Investigation from the United States Air Force.
