Valarie Schackelton

Valarie Schackelton is a Human Resource Specialist specializing in position classification at the United States Strategic Command since July 2021. Responsibilities include providing classification services, preparing and reviewing position descriptions, conducting desk audits, and writing reports of findings while ensuring adherence to Office of Personnel Management standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Force Support Intern at the Air Force Civilian Service, where Valarie engaged in classification tasks, and as a Membership Services Manager at CENTERS, LLC, leading a team and addressing eligibility issues.
