Michael Farrell

Michael Farrell is an experienced operations and sales leader with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at UST since September 2023, Michael previously held positions including Operations and Sales Leader at Kane's Furniture and Senior Director of Operations at UST Select. Prior experience includes Regional Director of Operations at UST, Leader at Floor & Decor, and Regional Director at Value City Furniture/American Signature Furniture. Michael's career began at Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Manager, with early experience as Store Manager at Kane's Furniture. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Florida.
