Kavita Kurup

Kavita Kurup serves as the Global Head of Human Resources and Corporate Communication at UST since February 2019, previously holding the position of Global Head for Talent and Organizational Transformation. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at Axis Bank, where Kavita led Learning and Organizational Development initiatives, and similar roles at ING Vysya Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Scope International, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. Kavita has a solid educational background, including advanced programs from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, alongside multiple degrees in management and aesthetics from various institutions. Additionally, Kavita's early career includes roles at Citibank, ICICI Bank, Nedungadi Bank Limited, and volunteer work with the Make A Wish Foundation.
