Kiran Menon Vappala

Kiran Menon Vappala serves as the Global Head of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships and Chief of Staff to the COO at UST, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and fostering global collaboration across various markets including North America, South America, Spain, and LATAM. With a strong focus on digital transformation and market expansion, Kiran has a proven track record in building agile talent supply chain operations and managing significant business operations within diverse industry verticals. Previous roles at UST include Director of Talent & Talent Supply Chain and Program Manager in Digital Marketing and Human Resources. Kiran is also a Board Member of the Design Thinking Advisory Board at the University of California, Riverside. Kiran holds an Executive Program in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.E. in Production Engineering from Amrita Institute of Technology and Science.
