Collin Lyons

Collin Lyons has extensive work experience as an Agile Coach, helping organizations and teams implement Agile methodologies and driving cultural change. Collin has worked with companies like Flowmotion, Misys, Betfair, Elsevier, Emergn, Standard Life, British Gas, JP Morgan, and Headstrong. Collin has successfully led Agile transformations, provided coaching and training, and introduced new approaches to improve delivery performance. Collin has also been responsible for managing projects, implementing delivery methodologies, and driving organizational agility.
