Sinéad Ryan McIpd

Sinéad Ryan MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Sinéad is currently working as the Chief People Officer (CPO) at ustwo since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked at OgilvyOne, OgilvyOne Business, Amex@Ogilvy & Social.Lab from July 2014 to February 2018, where they held the position of Head of Talent Management. Sinéad also worked at OgilvyOne from September 2012 to June 2014 as a Talent Management Business Partner and from November 2010 to October 2012 as a Business Partner. Sinéad Ryan started their career at Ogilvy & Mather in November 2002 and held various positions including Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, and HR Administrator until October 2010. Sinéad also worked at HSBC as an HR Administrator from January 2002 to October 2002, and at English Heritage as an Administrator from January 2001 to January 2002.

Sinéad Ryan MCIPD obtained their BA (Hons) degree in English Literature from Keele University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001, graduating with a second-class honors (2:1). Later, they pursued their education at the University of East London from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management.
