Currently serving as the Indirect Lending and Loan Servicing Manager at UT Federal Credit Union since December 2019, Jennifer previously held a variety of roles at Y-12 Federal Credit Union from December 1994 to June 2019, including Regional Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Bank Teller. Jennifer is a graduate of Pellissippi State Community College.
