Mike Lamanteer, M.D. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at UT Health East Texas since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs/Chief Medical Officer at Ardent Health Services/BSA Hospital/Amarillo Division from July 2012 to September 2023. Before that, Dr. Lamanteer worked as a Hospitalist/Internist at BSA Health System from January 2009 to September 2023. Mike began their career at WellSpan Health as a Hospitalist/Internist and worked there from July 1999 to December 2008.
Mike Lamanteer M.D. graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from Villanova University in 1992. Mike then went on to complete their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at Thomas Jefferson University, graduating in 1996.
