The Human Resources team at UT Health East Texas is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nearly 7,500 staff members. They ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, oversee benefits administration, and facilitate professional development programs to support the organization's mission of providing high-quality healthcare. This team also plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining workforce efficiency across ten hospitals and over 90 clinics.
