Brad Brimhall, MD, MPH attended Stanford University School of Medicine from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine. Brad then pursued further education at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 1996 to 1997, earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Care Policy and Management. From 1992 to 1996, Dr. Brimhall completed their Internship and Residency at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital, focusing on Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Transfusion Medicine. In 2005 to 2006, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Bioinformatics from The University of British Columbia and the Canadian Genetic Diseases Network. Prior to their medical studies, Dr. Brimhall earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Zoology from Brigham Young University from 1983 to 1987. Dr. Brimhall has also obtained various board certifications throughout their career, including Board Certification in Hematopathology in 2019, Board Certification in Clinical Informatics in 2013, and Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in 2001, all from The American Board of Pathology (ABPath) and, in the case of Clinical Informatics, also from the American Board of Preventative Medicine.
