Lillian Liao

Lillian Liao currently serves as a Professor of Surgery at McGovern Medical School since December 2024 and has held the position of Clinical Professor of Surgery at UTHSCSA since August 2010. Lillian Liao obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston's School of Public Health, completing the degree between 1999 and 2001. Earlier education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, earned through the Dean's Scholars Honors Program from 1994 to 1998, and medical training at The University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio from 2000 to 2004.
