Thom Repino

Thom Repino is an experienced IT professional with extensive management and consulting expertise across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Relationship Managers at UT Health San Antonio since October 2020, Thom has built and led a team to support IT service centralization across multiple departments. Prior to this, Thom held leadership roles at Kadence Collective, enhancing performance in Salesforce consulting; at Harland Clarke, improving application development for financial service institutions; and at San Antonio Shoes, directing corporate IT operations. Thom's career commenced at HP Enterprise Services, where multiple roles included Service Delivery Manager and IT Manufacturing Consultant, overseeing significant projects and resource management. Thom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems from Lawrence Technological University.
