Tina Collins

Tina Collins, PharmD, serves as the Director of Corporate Clinical Medication Safety at CHRISTUS Health since July 2018 and has held the role of Ancillary Pharmacy Manager. Additionally, Tina is an Adjunct Faculty member at UT Tyler Fisch College of Pharmacy since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Pharmacist at Longview Regional Medical Center from April 2014 to July 2018, where Tina co-chaired the P&T committee and contributed to clinical interventions and antimicrobial stewardship. Other significant roles include Patient Safety Officer and Medication Safety Clinical Pharmacist at Good Shepherd Health System from February 2010 to March 2014, where Tina updated patient safety plans and initiated pharmacy safety measures. Tina began their career as a Staff Pharmacist and NICU leader, developing competencies for pharmacy staff in NICU patient treatment. Tina holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a Master's in Health Administration from LSU Shreveport.
