Kathy Carter

Kathy Carter has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Utah Foster Care since July 2012, where Kathy chairs the Development and Nominating committees. Additionally, Kathy has been the President of Colonial Stock Transfer Company since June 1989, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the financial services sector. Kathy holds a degree from Northern Arizona University.
