Michael Davis

Michael Davis currently serves as the Head of Global Shared Services at embecta since April 2022 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Management in the MBA program at Utah State University since September 2017. Previously, Michael was the Director of Global Services at BD from August 2016 to April 2022, where strategic guidance was provided to advance Bard's shared services strategy. Michael also held significant roles at Grainger, including Director of Shared Services and Director of Internal Audit, and worked as Director of Risk & Compliance at KPMG LLP. An international rotation was conducted at KPMG Chile as Senior Manager of IT Advisory Services, and Michael began the career as a Senior Auditor at NOL Group. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
