Del W. Beatty

Del W. Beatty, M.Ed, currently serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at Utah Tech University since June 2022. With a robust career in higher education, Del W. Beatty held various positions at Dixie State University from October 2008 to June 2022, including Vice President of Student Affairs, Assistant Vice President for Student Engagement/Dean of Students, and Dean of Students. Prior experience includes serving as Dean of Students/AVP at Utah State University Eastern and Director of Student Involvement & Leadership at Southern Utah University. Del W. Beatty began a professional career as an Instructor of Religion for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Academically, Del W. Beatty earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, a Master's in Education, and a Bachelor's in Vocal & Piano Performance from Southern Utah University, along with an Associate's degree in Spanish from Utah Tech University.
