Jamie Kearra

Jamie Kearra serves as the Director of Student Success at Utah Tech University since February 2019, following a tenure as the Assistant Director of Structured Enrollment at Dixie State University from September 2017 to February 2019, where the role focused on supporting academically underprepared first-time freshmen. Prior experience includes serving as the Educational Opportunity Center Site Coordinator at the University of Montana, providing coaching to non-traditional college students eligible for TRiO services, and owning A Partnership for Success, a venture aimed at empowering women. Additional roles include Groups Coordinator at YWCA Missoula, where the focus was on helping women escape violence, and Teen Parent Case Manager at The Human Resource Council, assisting teenage mothers in achieving self-sufficiency. Jamie Kearra earned a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of the Cumberlands, as well as degrees in Personal and Business Coaching from Coach University, Psychology from the University of Montana, and Counseling Psychology from Central Washington University.
