Brian Pauga currently serves as the Director of College Scouting & Basketball Intelligence for the Utah Jazz, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a scout and scouting consultant for the Utah Jazz, and spent three years with the Minnesota Timberwolves as the Director of Player Personnel. Brian also held positions at Spurs Sports & Entertainment from 2007 to 2016, including Director of Scouting and General Manager of the Austin Spurs, and previously coordinated various aspects of scouting and player development. Brian began a career in basketball as a Student Manager for the Michigan State University Men’s Basketball Team while earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
