David Locke serves as the CEO of Locked On Podcast Network since June 2016, where the focus is on producing hyper-local podcasts for NBA and NFL teams, delivering on-demand content from local experts. With a career in sports broadcasting, David has been the NBA Play by Play Announcer for the Utah Jazz since 2009 and previously held the same role for the Seattle SuperSonics from 2006 to 2007. Additional experience includes serving as the WNBA Play by Play Announcer for the Seattle Storm and a columnist for SeattlePI, alongside hosting talk shows on Clear Channel Seattle and Citadel Radio Salt Lake. David Locke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Sociology from Occidental College from 1988 to 1992.
