James Walljasper

James Walljasper currently serves as the Youth Program Coordinator for the Utah Jazz, a position held since November 2022. Previously, James played professionally for the Fukushima Firebonds in Japan's B. League from July 2021 to December 2022, where effective communication with teammates and coaches was vital. From June 2019 to October 2021, James contributed as a coach for Utah Jazz Camps and Clinics, mentoring youth in basketball. Additionally, James worked as a personal basketball trainer at Walljasper Athletics from July 2015 to October 2021, focusing on developing young athletes' skills. James holds a Sports Management Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Westminster University, earned between 2018 and 2020, and an Associate's Degree from Southwestern Oregon Community College, completed in June 2018.
