McKinley Follett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive support and project management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the President at the Utah Jazz, McKinley previously held roles such as Executive Assistant to the President at Young Living Essential Oils and Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC. Responsibilities have included managing executive schedules, coordinating external relationships, organizing events, and supporting key projects. McKinley also has a foundation in the creative industry from roles at Beats by Dr. Dre and DreamWorks Animation, as well as experience in global social initiatives through travels with Thinking Beyond Borders.
