Bassam Saleh

Bassam Saleh is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the electrical systems and services industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Transformers & Switchgears at UTEC since March 2024, Bassam is focused on driving sales growth and business development while managing distributor relationships across the Rest of Gulf region. Prior experiences include a significant role at Eaton from November 2009 to February 2024 as MENA Sales Manager for Oil & Gas and Utilities, where Bassam led marketing strategies and fostered relationships with key stakeholders. Previous positions encompassed Key Account Manager and Country Sales Manager at Eaton, where Bassam successfully initiated sales of various electrical products and built effective sales teams. Earlier in a career at Schneider Electric from August 2006 to October 2009, Bassam directed the sales of LV Equipment and developed impactful business strategies. Bassam holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in Power from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, earned between 1990 and 1994.
