Tamara Soraluz

Tamara Soraluz, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as Chief Program Officer and Director of Learning at UTEC since July 2020. Previously, Tamara held leadership roles at Phoenix Charter Academy Network from June 2013 to June 2020, including Head of School and Director of School Culture, where collaborative efforts focused on achieving school-wide goals and implementing strengths-based interventions for students. Early career experiences include roles as a School Social Worker, Therapeutic Mentor Intern at Home for Little Wanderers, and various positions with Northeastern University's Youth Development Initiative Program. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Human Services from Northeastern University.
