Oksana Ilchyshyn

Oksana Ilchyshyn has worked for UTECH since 2019, starting as a Customer Support Quality Assurance Specialist and progressing to a Customer Service Team Lead and then a Customer Support Representative. Additionally, since 2019 they have held the role of After Hours Dispatcher for Real Trucking Inc.

Oksana Ilchyshyn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Lviv Polytechnic National University in 2019, and a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the same university in 2020.
