Viktoriia Hnidets has over four years of experience in talent acquisition and IT recruitment. Viktoriia began their career in 2016 as an IT Recruiter/HR at StarApps Software. In 2018, they joined GTM - Global Tech Makers, where they held the roles of IT Recruiter and IT Recruiter/HR. In 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Business Care Agency. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager and IT Recruiter at UTECH, a SaaS product company offering innovative technologies to industry-leading logistics and transportation companies.

Viktoriia Hnidets obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Lviv Polytechnic National University between 2012 and 2017. In 2015, they obtained a certification in HR-new generation VI school from HR-Кав'ярня. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Course for IT recruiters "Dive into Technology" from Business Care Agency.
