Rachel Gent

Rachel Gent has a diverse work experience across various industries. Rachel started their career in 2013 as a Project Lead at WorkingRite, where they managed contracts and worked closely with stakeholders to ensure learner and employer satisfaction. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce as a Business Development Manager and later as a Business Relationship Manager, where they engaged non-member businesses, developed action plans, and generated Chamber services. In 2017, they joined Place Partnership Limited as a Senior Manager in Business Development. Rachel later moved to Utelize Mobile in 2018, initially working as a Client Relationship Manager, driving down costs and protecting client information. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Service Delivery at Utelize, taking overall responsibility for service standards, resource allocation, and performance measurement and reporting.

Rachel Gent pursued a Diploma in Teaching from NB Consulting from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended The Open University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in English Language.
