Gina Costantine is an experienced English as a New Language and English Second Language Teacher, currently working in the Utica City School District Board of Education since September 1992. Gina is also an Independent Consultant at Rodan + Field Dermatologists since January 2016. Gina holds a BA in Elementary Education from the University at Buffalo and an MA in Reading from State University of New York Cortland.
