Kathleen Herding is a Customer Success Manager at Utilimarc, where responsibilities include developing strategies and frameworks for the Customer Success Department and fostering relationships with key customer stakeholders. Previously, Kathleen served as Senior Program Manager at Lead For America, supporting the LFA Fellowship program in Minnesota through training, recruitment, and evaluation.
