Jeff Johnson

As the Proposal Director, Jeff Johnson’s main focus is sourcing and responding to solicitations and proposal requests from Utility’s network of existing and new customers seeking to procure mobile recording technology solutions. Johnson started with Utility in 2015, at the inception of marketing Utility’s innovative digital evidence management, body worn camera, in-car camera, interview room camera, and automated license plate recorder solutions. Jeff assists the executive and sales team with strategic efforts to position Utility’s innovative technology to be selected by clients across North America. Johnson has a lengthy career in marketing in technology, healthcare, and infrastructure. He was previously Atlanta Regional Marketing Director for a global A-E firm, where successes included the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge, the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, design of an outdoor amphitheater for a Grammy-winning musician, and several award-winning children’s and specialty hospitals in the US and Canada. Jeff enjoys travel, landscape design, collecting and making folk art, and is a home baker. He has four adult daughters, and lives in Decatur with his partner, Tom, and one very social, leash-trained ragdoll cat.
