Neil Hughes

Neil Hughes is an experienced business development leader currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Utility Line Ltd since July 2025. Prior to this role, Neil was the Head of Commercial & Industrial at The EV Network for a brief period in early 2025. Neil's extensive career at Schneider Electric spanned from 2005 to February 2025, where various positions included Transport & E-Mobility Segment Lead, National Segment Director for Rail and Urban Transport, Sales Director, and multiple managerial roles. Neil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Aston College Wrexham, attended Coventry Technical College, and completed education at Darland High School Rossett.
